The next-gen KTM 390 Duke has been spotted in production-ready shape, signalling a launch in the coming months. The last major redesign of the bike came in 2017 when the BS4 version was introduced. The bike's next stage of evolution includes a new colour scheme, more prominent bodywork, and improved cycle elements.

The KTM 390 Duke features a new colour scheme inspired by the 1290 Super Duke R. The addition of blue to the mix results in a more dynamic profile for the bike. The current model is available in Dark Galvano and Liquid Metal colours. Both are black with hints of KTM's distinctive orange.

The KTM 390 Duke receives a new LED headlight up front. It is a slimmer unit with no plastic shrouds like the existing variant. The switchgear and TFT dash are also new, implying that the bike may be equipped with an IMU. It will allow for new features like traction control and cornering ABS. Other changes include a redesigned swingarm and a new tail light.

The fuel tank and tank extensions have been modified for a more muscular appearance and feel. Tank extensions have new cut-outs and grooves. A modification in fuel tank design could affect fuel storage capacity.

Some obvious updates include a new design for the engine casing and reworked exhaust routing. The coolant reservoir was moved, and an O2 sensor was installed on the exhaust header pipe. The current KTM 390 Duke is powered by a 373.27cc liquid-cooled engine. It has a max power output of 43.5 PS and a peak torque of 37 Nm.

Another noteworthy improvement is the addition of adjustable front forks. It is probable that adjustable front suspension would be available as an option with the new 390 Duke in India. The new 390 Duke boasts an offset mono-shock suspension with rebound and preload adjustment. The new 390 Duke's braking hardware has also been modified. Unlike the current model, the disc and calliper are located on the right side.

The ground clearance of the KTM Duke 250 is 151 mm. This measurement refers to the distance between the lowest point of the bike (usually the undercarriage or exhaust) and the ground. A higher ground clearance can be advantageous when riding over uneven or rough road, as it reduces the risk of the bike scraping against obstacles.

The KTM Duke 390 is not a superbike. It is a mid-range, entry-level street bike that is designed for commuting and light touring. It has a single-cylinder 373.2 cc engine that delivers 44 HP of power and 37 Nm of torque. It has a top speed of around 160 km/h and a mileage of around 40 km/l.

When it comes to selecting the right bike, it is important to consider your budget, preferred segment, features required, and engine options. The KTM 250 Adventure is powered by a 248.76 cc engine that provides a powerful 30 PS @ 9000 rpm and a torque of 24 Nm @ 7500 rpm. This engine makes the 250 Adventure one of the smoothest KTM single-cylinder engines on sale. The 19-/17-inch wheel setup provides superior confidence when going over rough roads.

On the other hand, the KTM 250 Duke is perfect for those who are looking for something quick and convenient for everyday use. This bike has a much more relaxed motor and comfy suspension compared to other KTMs. It is powered by a 248.8 cc engine that generates a power of 30 PS @ 9000 rpm and a torque of 24 Nm @ 7500 rpm. We highly recommend you to take a test drive before making the final decision.

The KTM 250 Duke is a great option for those looking for performance and convenience. It has a 248.8 cc engine that generates 30 PS @ 9000 rpm and a torque of 24 Nm @ 7500 rpm. The price tag of Rs. 2,28,851 is a great deal for what you get.

On the other hand, the Bajaj Dominar 250 is a great sports tourer and is fit to purpose. It has a 250cc motor that works beautifully with the comfortable touring ergonomics. The price tag of Rs. 1,66,355 makes it a great entry-level option. Ultimately, the choice depends on your budget and preference. We would suggest you to take a test ride of both the bikes before making a final decision.
